Internet access at the venue (limited)

The conference veneu, Akita Cultural Creation Centre, has free wifi access provided by Akita City government. Public wifi by Akita City

Please note that the connection speed of this public wifi may become slower if too many users access to the network simultaniously.

If you wish to have a stable and fast speed internet access on site, please prepare a portable wifi with you or use tethering function of your smartphone.

For those who are presenting or serving as chair/discussant, portable wifi devices will be available at the online session room.

Please do not choose "join audio" when you log-in to a zoom sessions on site if you wish to join as audience. Muting your microphone is not sufficient to avoid feedback (echo).
