Conference Registration
Thank you very much for the many applications for presentations. We would like to express our deepest gratitude. The Program Committee has received 41 oral presentations, 3 planning sessions, and 5 round tables, and 18 poster presentation applications. We will announce the result of screening by the end of April, 2023.
Conference registration is now open until May 14th (Sun). Please make sure to complete the registration before this date.
Pre-registration period: If you are JASID member and register before April 29 (Sat), discounted rates will be applied. Please see the details in the table below. Extended to May 6 (Sat).
Conference Program and Registration
- Tentative program is uploaded. Please check the Tentative Program from the menu or check here.
- Plenary session is uploaded. Please check the Plenary Session from the menu or check here.
- As you register to the conference, the system will also ask if you wish to join the excursion program on June 11 (Sunday). Please indicate which excursion location you wish to join. In case you do not wish to join, please also indicate that you do not wish to join.

Receipts can be issued from "Receipt Download" after logging in to the registration site. Please keep your "receipt" or "registration receipt e-mail" in a safe place, as you will be asked to show either of them at the registration desk at the conference venue. You may print out the receipt or show us the screen of your smartphone or other mobile devices.
Registration Process
- All registrations will be accepted via online registration through this website. When registering, you will be asked to obtain an account for registration. You are responsible for keeping the login ID and password that you set when you obtained your account. For security reasons, we cannot respond to any inquiries regarding your login ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot your password? link on the login screen to reissue your password.
- Payment for advance registration can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Please pay the registration fee by the deadline for advance registration.
- After the registration is completed, a registration completion notification e-mail, including the receipt number, will be sent to your registered e-mail address. A payment completion notification e-mail will also be sent upon completion of payment. This notification is usually sent within a few minutes, but if you do not receive an email, it is possible that your registration or payment has not been completed. If you have already paid but your payment status is "pending," please contact the secretariat.
