It is our pleasure to announce that the 24th JASID Spring Conference will be held at Akita City Cultural Creation Center in Akita-shi, Akita, on June 10 (Sat). Please find the theme, format, and other details below.
 

1. Theme

The theme of this year's conference is "Role of Intergenerational Ties in Sustainability: What to Sustain, What to Revise, and What to Pass Across Generations".

We hope this theme will lead us to deepen our understanding on the current sustianable development paradigm and critically engage with the role of intergenerational ties in sustainability.
 

2. Meeting format

The 24th JASID Spring Conference will be held in-person except one online pararrell session. We will take all required precautious measures to COVID-19 at the conference venue.
 

3. Gatherings

The conference venue is Akita City Cultural Creation Center, which is 10 minutes walk from JR Akita station. We hope this conference will be an opportunity to resume face-to-face meetings and for the members of the society to interact with each other. We look forward to meeting you all.
