Conference registration
Registration for Presentations
We are accepting applications for (1) Oral presentation, (2) Poster presentation, and (3) Planning session / Round table session. We look forward to receiving a wide range of applications.
Please check the following "How to submit abstracts" carefully before submitting your abstract during the registration period.
Presentation format and eligibility:
(1) Oral presentation and (2) Poster presentation
One person may submit one paper as the first author, and one can also present a paper. Two submissions are allowed if the second submitted paper is not written as first author and will not be the presenter. For co-researchers and co-authors, it is preferable that they also are the members of JASID.
Poster presentations will be held at the conference venue. Please note that we will not conduct the judging based on the assumption of an online event using the PowerPoint function, which has been used in the past several times.
(3) Planning Sessions and Roundtables
The person responsible for the planning session/round table is requested to apply to the session/round table through the application site after making various arrangements with the overall purpose of the project and the speakers (moderator, commentator, presenter, etc.) in advance. Non-members are welcome to speak at the planning sessions and round tables, except for the person in charge of planning, but membership in the Society is strongly recommended.
Application period: February 1 (Wed.) - March 18 (Sat.), 2023
To register, you must first obtain a registration account linked to your membership information on the conference website (https://jasid.confit.atlas.jp/presenter/contents).
The account is linked to your membership information on the conference website, so you do not need to provide your name, affiliation, and other information when you register.
