[1141] OPTIMIZING GRAPHENE OXIDE DISPERSION FOR STRENGTH ENHANCEMENT IN CEMENT MORTARS
Keywords:Cement mortar、Graphene Oxide、Dispersion、Stability、Superplasticizer
This study investigated the optimization of graphene oxide (GO) dispersion using three types of polycarboxylate-ether-based superplasticizers (PS), which were introduced at different times during ultrasonication. Notably, introducing PS after 30 minutes of ultrasonication enhanced GO dispersion and stability, as evidenced by zeta potential and particle size analysis. Properly dispersed GO in cement mortar resulted in an increase in compressive strength. These findings highlight the importance of selecting the appropriate dispersion method to achieve stronger and more durable cement-based materials.
