To Participants of 16JEES (Notes)
If you have pre-registered for the 16JEES, please show your mobile phone screen or printout of your participation certificate with a QR code at the reception desk. Please follow the steps below to download your participation certificate.

「Audience Participation Tab」→「Registration page」→ Log in →「Click here to perform each procedure or update the information」→「Registration: Certificate Download」→ print out PDF on A4 size paper.
 
To reduce congestion at the reception desk, please pre-register and present your QR code in a prompt manner.

Those who do not register in advance will be asked to pay the participation fee on site. The reception desk is expected to be crowded in the morning of the first day. Presenting authors are advised to arrive at the venue well in advance. The reception desk will open at 8:30 on the first day.
 
All participants must carry their participation certificate holders with them while in the venue. If you do not have it with you, symposium staff will ask you for it.
