VO2薄膜は室温近傍で数桁の抵抗変化を伴う金属-絶縁体相転移(MIT)を示す。本研究では原子レベルで表面構造が制御されたTiO2(110)ステップ基板上にVO2薄膜を成長させ、MIT特性の面内異方性を調べた。
