気候変動を巡る欧米中を中心とした国際政治ゲームに呼応する形で、さまざまな研究機関で脱炭素に向けたシナリオが公表され大きな議論になっている。GHG排出削減に対するエネルギー転換や炭素制約のある未来戦略を考察し、抽出した内外の石油・天然ガス・エネルギー企業の気候変動対応を探り、2050年カーボンニュートラルの実現可能性を考える。
