Establishment of chemical recycling methods for plastics is one of the key issues to realize a sustainable society. Zeolites are favored catalysts in plastic cracking due to their various characteristics. In this study, we focused on the solid acidity of zeolites. There are many unclear points regarding the effect of zeolite solid acidity on plastic cracking, and we aimed to clarify them quantitatively.
