[1A09] Investigation of the state of Pt-loaded crystalline Zr₃SO₉ and catalytic activity for alkane isomerization under flowing hydrogen gas

Pt-loaded crystalline Zr₃SO₉ catalyst shows an outstanding catalytic performance for the isomerization of n-butane. In the present study, we investigated the state of this catalyst by various characterization technics. Pt particle strongly interacted with the Zr₃SO₉ support, forming quite a small particle at the edge of the plate-shaped crystal.
