近年、50kg以下の超小型人工衛星の打ち上げ数が爆発的に伸びている。この超小型人工衛星の推進機として、イオン液体を用いたエレクトロスプレースラスタが注目されている。本研究では、ミニマルファブを用いてMEMS技術や微細加工技術を駆使して、超高密度なエレクトロスプレースラスタの作製を試みた。
