[15a-302-3] Development of Electroluminescence Devices with Perovskite Semiconductors System Prepared by the Cast-capping Method: Phenyl Cation Systems

We have reported optical pumped lasing in perovskite semiconducting materials in which we can fabricate thin films with simple solution processes. We fabricated perovskite crystals by using the cast-capping method with the DMF solutions of organic cations mixed with PbBr2. The cast-capping method can produce good crystals and we can obtain the stable lasing under the pulsed optical pumping. On the other hand, we reported that the EL intensity was quenched easily in the previous meeting. In this presentation, we tried to prepare the devices with large organic cation materials.
