Keywords:CNT

A strong demand exists for carbon nanotubes with well crystalline and ultralong properties for their application in next-generation wire materials. So far, we have reported ("Floating Bridge") methods using gas laminar flow.In this study, we investigated the relationship between the roughness of SiO2
/subustrate surface and the movement of carburized iron fine particles to demonstrate the nuclear movement mechanism of the initial growth of CNT.
