[21a-PA2-11] Thermochromic characteristic of RF sputtered VO₂ film

The VO₂ is a phase transition material that a resistivity and a transparent are changed by a temperature. In room temperature, the VO₂ film is transparent but the infrared light which are thermal source, is blocked over 68 ℃. In our work, the thermochomic characteristic of VO2 deposited by RF supputer, is investigated to use the optical property of VO₂ for an application such as a intelligient green house.
