[21a-PA2-11] Thermochromic characteristic of RF sputtered VO2 film

The VO2 is a phase transition material that a resistivity and a transparent are changed by a temperature. In room temperature, the VO2 film is transparent but the infrared light which are thermal source, is blocked over 68 ℃. In our work, the thermochomic characteristic of VO2 deposited by RF supputer, is investigated to use the optical property of VO2 for an application such as a intelligient green house.
