[10a-PA3-8] Nanopore-derived Strain As a Tool of Strain Engineering

Strain engineering in thin film is known to control an inherent physical property by using epitaxial strain, which originates from lattice mismatch. We assumed that a mechanical distortion by nanopores could directly introduce lattice distortion without a hetero-interface. We choose barium titanate as a target and evaluate the usability of nanopores as a tool of strain engineering.
