[10p-M114-4] Time-resolved digital holography of femtosecond laser produced phenomena

Yoshio Hayasaki1 (1.Utsunomiya Univ.)

Keywords:computer generated holography, femtosecond laser processing

An interferometric time-resolved digital holigraphy of a femtosecond-laser pulse interaction with glass is demonstrated. The method is applicable to characterization of the processes induced by tightly focused fs-laser pulses during three-dimensional structuring of glasses and crystals for fundamental studies and optical applications.
