One of the components to improve the performance of the superconducting single flux quantum circuit is to use a superconducting phase shifter. Introducing this element into a single flux quantum circuit can make circuit operation stable, save area by phase shift and reduce the bias current and magnetic flux. In this study, we used local flux bias that realizes phase shift by applying magnetic flux to the storage loop storing magnetic flux quantum.
