[10p-W321-10] Impact on various alkaline metals incorporation in CZTSe solar cells

In this study, effect of various types of alkaline metals incorporation for Cu2ZnSnSe4 was investigated. The Cu2ZnSnSe4 was coevaporated, and these alkaline metals were incorporated by the water solutions. The conversion efficiency incorporated alkaline metals improved for all alkaline elements (Li, Na, K, and Rb). The improvement was found to be due to the current density, which is similar tendency of that of NaF incorporation which we previously reported. The effective collection length was found to improve in term of EQE spectra.
