非平衡グリーン関数（NEGF）法の枠組みの中，電子・フォノン輸送を結合して，1次元ナノ構造の輸送解析プログラムをした．そのプログラムを用いて，フォノン熱コンダクタンスに電子ドラッグ効果が及ぼす影響を解析した．電子－フォノン相互作用を無視した場合との，電子ドラッグ効果によるフォノン熱コンダクタンスの変化量が，電子コンダクタンスとチャネル長に比例することを見出した．
