[11a-PB4-11] Surface plasmon enhanced emissions from semipolar InGaN/GaN quantum wells

Surface plasmon enhanced light emissions were investigated for polar/semipolar InGaN/GaN with 50 nm thick Ag or Al coating. For blue emitting samples, photoluminescence spectra were blue-shifted by the SP resonance for all samples regardless of polarity or metal species. On the other hand, for the green emitting samples, opposite peak shifts were observed with Ag or Al, and also for the polar or semipolar samples
