[11a-W521-6] Fabrication of high quality thin SnS by comparing source material

Usually, the powder which is purchased is used as a source material in PVD growth. But, there were oxide and inpurities in the purchased powder and these may affect while growth. So, we did the growth by using high purity crystal as a source material and compared with the powders' in order to gain high quality grown crystal.
