Keywords:Magnetic garnet, Faraday effect

In this study, a magnetic garnet thin film using a series of rare-earth was prepared by the MOD method, and its crystallinity and magneto-optical characterization were performed. It was found that the Eu garnet thin film has a relatively high Faraday rotation angle. It was also confirmed that the Ga concentration affects the coercive force in rare earth garnet films other than Nd garnet film. It was also possible to confirm the change in coercive force due to the difference in rare-earth.
