Rocksalt-structured (RS) MgZnO alloys are good candidates for deep UV and vacuum UV emitters. In the previous issue, we investigated the optical transition process in the VUV region by measurd the photocurrent spectrum, transmittance, and cathodoluminescence of RS-MgZnO. In this report, we continue our investigation of the optical transition process by measurd photocurrent spectra of samples with increased Mg composition.
