Electron spin qubits in silicon quantum dots are a promising platform for future large-scale quantum computation with demonstrated long quantum coherence times and high-fidelity quantum operations. In this paper, we realize quantum non-demolition (QND) readout of a silicon electron spin qubit. The QND readout is an ideal projective measurement that does not introduce, within the limits imposed by quantum theory, a back action on the measured spin polarization and will be an essential element in future qubit error detection and correction protocols.
