Keywords:Superconducting Transition-Edge Sensor, superconducting sensor, timing jitter

Superconducting Transition-Edge Sensor (TES) has an excellent energy resolution that they can discriminate the number of photons in visible and near-infrared light. However, timing jitter is an issue for their application to quantum computation and quantum information communication. In this presentation, I will discuss the effect of photon number and threshold on timing jitter and what factors limit the jitter improvement by analyzing the experimental data.
