Measures to Prevent Infections COVID-19
・Restrictions on Holding Events(Office for COVID-19 and Other Emerging Infectious Disease Control, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Japan)
・Guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19 infections at the Nagoya Congress Center
We will follow the guidelines above, and take the following measures to prevent infections COVID-19 according to instructions of Disaster Prevention and Safety Bureau, Aichi Prefecture and Nagoya Congress Center.
1. We will take measures to prevent 3 Cs (closed spaces, crowded places, close-contact settings) as possible.
2. For Participants
・All participants (including staff, exhibitors) are required to wear mask and disinfect their hands.
・All participants (including staff, exhibitors) are required to take their temperature every day.
・All participants (including staff, exhibitors) are required to fill out and submit "Questionnaire for Health Condition".
・Participants experiencing a fever or cough, or feeling unwell cannot attend the conference.
・Banquet will not held. Food and beverage will not be provided at the venue.
3. Operation
・The number of seats in all rooms is less than half of the capacity.
・The distance between the audience seats follows the guidance of Nagoya City.
・In the all session rooms, there is a splash prevention acrylic board in front of the speaker's desk.
・"Disinfectant" is placed in front of each session room and public space. (36 places)
・Microphone used by speakers, chairs and questioners will be disinfected by the staff every time.
・Desks and chairs in the session rooms will be disinfected during breaks.
・For ventilation, the doors behind the session room are left open.
(During breaks, All doors in the session rooms are opened.)
・Staffs and exhibitors are required to wear both mask and face shield.
・In the exhibition hall, the spaces between the exhibition booths are widened and the business negotiation desks are minimized.
