[1P30] Fabrication of Cu-doped p-Fe-O/n-Fe-O homojunction solar cells by constant current electrochemical deposition

Cu-doped p-type iron oxide have been fabricated by constant-current ECD. We also fabricated iron oxide homojunction solar cells by continuous deposition. An n-type layer was deposited on ITO, and then a Cu-doped p-type layer was deposited by adding copper sulfate to the solution used for n-type layer deposition. The fabricated solar cells showed weak rectification and photovoltaic effects.
