[1P43] I-V characteristics of n-Fe-O / Mg(OH)2 and p-Cu-Fe-O / Mg(OH)2 heterojunction
The heterojunction between non-doped n-type iron oxide or Cu-doped p-type iron oxide and magnesium hydroxide have been fabricated by constant-voltage ECD and DDD, respectively. The heterojunction with n-type iron oxide was observed rectification. The heterojunction with p-type iron oxide was observed ohmic I-V characteristics.
