[2P52] Interaction of IgG-displayed lipid membranes with alpha-synclein and its amyloids
Alpha-synuclein from Parkinson's disease can be detected by the specific interaction with antibody. The present study demonstrated the displayment of IgG on lipid membranes. IgG could specifically interact with alpha-synuclein and interferre with its fibril formation. Therefore, IgG-displayed liposomes would be advantagesous for a novel drug carrire and biosensor for alpha-synuclein.
