Scope
"Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Vacuum and Surface Science  2023" will be held during the period from October 31st (Tue.) to November 2nd (Thu.), 2023, at Nagoya Congress Center.  In the meeting, there are planned a variety of topics/sessions, including ones organized by the subcommittees. Your participation in and contribution to the meeting are highly encouraged and welcome.
