This study proposed a digital twin created using photogrammetry as a simulation visualization tool to evaluate the feasibility of installing a data server room in an inactive underground mine site. The mesh model of the target tunnel section was simplified and used as input parameters for simulations. Simulations were carried out to see how the different airflows, length of data server rooms, different lengths of humid rooms and different arrangements of data server/humid rooms impacted the temperature and humidity of the data server rooms. The operating costs of the ventilation necessary to control the environmental parameters were determined based on the energy consumption of the ventilation equipment. The results of the simulation based on the Osarizawa mine site showing the optimum data server room/humid room arrangement, maximum allowable length of one data server room and scalability of the models is overlain onto the mesh of the target tunnel section for better visualization.
