[3Ca01] Material Intelligence: Reservoir computing devices using nanomaterial random networks

A device of reservoir computation (RC), a type of recurrent neural network (RNN), was fabricated using nanomaterial random networks. In addition, by combining the RC with a pressure sensor, haptic object recognition by a robot hand was performed. We also tried to develop an in-sensor computing device element that determines the sensor signal in the sensor, and we will introduce it at the presentation.
