Overview:

• We use Confit Publication to prepare a portal site that will be the venue for the Joint Conference. 
• Participants will be able to view the information and presentation abstracts for each session on the portal site. It will also be possible to link to Webex, the venue for all oral presentations. Poster files will also be available on the portal site. A comment field will be provided for each poster presentation, which can be used for questions, comments and responses. 
• All meetings and oral presentations will be conducted in real-time using Cisco Webex (https://www.webex.com/). Poster presentations will be conducted in a format that allows participants to freely view uploaded poster files. On-site poster presenters are also encouraged to make an oral poster presentation. 
• Participants will need an individual ID and password to enter the portal site. The individual's ID and password will be sent by email to those who register as a participant and pay the registration fee. Please do not disclose or lend the login ID that you received to others.
• For abstract submission, please complete your registration before submitting.
