Early-bird registration period:
April 1 - July 15, 2021
Registration fee encompasses:
- Online live attendance to the virtual conference sessions.
- Online access and interaction with e-poster presenters during the conference days.
- Online access to all presentation recordings and the e-posters up to 3 months after the conference.
- Download access to the program and proceedings.
Hybrid meeting:
- The same registration fee regime is applied for both on-site and online participation.
- Switching to on-site or online participation after registration is possible.
- Welcoming participants residing outside of Japan may still not be possible, but there may be a chance for participants residing in Japan.
- For the face-to-face meeting, the organizing committee will ensure that all the social distancing guidelines are strictly followed for the health and safety of those who are present.
- Social networking events will be on hold until further notice.
- Based on the Japanese and local authority policy during that period, the conference format may be subject to change.
Registration and Conference guidelines:
- We use Confit Publication to prepare a portal site that will be the venue of the 14th ASCM/ 27th JSZWM 2021 Joint Conference for online participation. Participants will need an individual ID and a password to enter the portal site.
- The individual ID and password will be notified via email to those who registered as participants and have paid the registration fee. On-site participants will have the same access.
- For the registration, you need an ID and a password for your account, which are different from the individual ID and password to enter the portal site. You can choose your own ID and password to create an account for registration.
- The portal site availability date will be announced by the organizing committee.
- The meeting information will be available to the participants on the official website or the portal site.
Cancellation and refund policy:
- Cancelling more than 30 days before: 10% of the fees have to be paid
- Cancelling 30 days before: 50% of the fees have to be paid
- Cancelling 14 days before: non-refundable
