We have prepared the Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower as our official hotel for EADC participants. The Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower is located on the upper level of the EADC conference venue.
Guest rooms are on the 31st through 36th floors. The lobby, club lounge, restaurants, and guest rooms are all located on the upper floors, 140 or more meters above ground level, and all facilities offer views of Nagoya.

From Nagoya Station
One station and two minutes from Nagoya Station.
By Train: One station and two minutes via the Aonami Line. Get off at the Sasashima-raibu Station, which is directly connected to Global Gate.
By Foot: A 17-minute walk from the Hirokoji Ticket Gate at the JR Nagoya Station.
By Taxi: Seven minutes from the Taiko-dori Ticket Gate at the JR Nagoya Station.
From Chubu Centrair International Airport
28-minutes on the Meitetsu Airport Express Train “μ-SKY”. After getting off at Nagoya Station, please take the Aonami Line to Sasashima-raibu Station.

Room charge
Japan receives many foreign tourists each year, making it very difficult to secure a hotel in Nagoya City. Nagoya is a major transportation hub, and many tourists use it to reach various destinations. We suggest you make a reservation as soon as you arrange your travel schedule.
JCOLD will be responsible for securing your hotel accommodations at the Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower if reservations are made by February 29. The room rates for reservations made through JCOLD are as follows. Please make reservations through the dedicated EDAC website.
We will make sure to secure rooms for applications received by February 29; reservations made after March 1 cannot be guaranteed.
