Conference registration and technical tour (optional) fees are as follows,

All payments shall be made in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Participants must show the QR code issued when they registered online at the registration desk.
 
2. Methods of payment
Registration will be only made on receipt of full payment. Payment should be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, etc.) via the Online Registration System or bank transfer. If you wish to pay as a group by bank transfer, please contact us.
 
3. Delayed payment/Reminder
In case of delayed payment, a reminder will be sent to the participant 21 days after the invoice has been issued. If no payment is made within the following 14 days, then the registration is considered as invalid and your registration is deleted. In this case, please register online again.

5. Cancellation policy of registration fee
(1) If the EADC2024 Nagoya Organizing Committee is notified of a cancellation before April
30, 2024 (JST), the full amount of the registration fee, minus 8,000 yen for administrative expenses, will be refunded.
(2) If the cancellation is received by the EADC 2024 Nagoya Organizing Committee after May 1, 2024 (JST), no refund of the registration fee will be made.
