Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of COVID-19

All on-site participants must follow this guideline. We ask for your cooperation.

Please do not visit the campus if you have any of the following conditions.

- Fever of over 37.5°C or feeling unwell

- During quarantine period after returning to Japan

- Close contact with COVID-19 positive person

If you have fever of over 37.5°C at the reception desk, you cannot participate in the conference on-site.

Please wear a non-woven mask in the campus and the building.

Official reception involving food and drink will be not held. Do not hold meetings involving food and drink in the campus.

Eating is not allowed in the presentation room.

If you are infected with COVID-19 within 3 days after the conference, please immediately contact to icapps2022@cpij.or.jp.

We strongly recommend you should install the COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (COCOA).
