Macau has one of the highest road network densities in the world, and the high-density and narrow road patterns are suitable for developing pedestrian or bus transportation travel patterns. In this research context, this paper selects the Macau bus station on Horta e Costa as a case study, uses street walkability as a measurement system, and integrates the use of Geographic Information System (ArcGIS), spatial sentence method, and Fully Convolutional Network (FCN) to accurately evaluate the street environment of the walking path of the case bus trip. The results of the study show that most of the streets in the Coaster bus stop circle have good accessibility; convenience scores are higher in the streets close to the bus stops; comfort shows that the main roads are good and the service streets are poor; the overall level of safety in the bus stop circle is stable. Based on the results of this study, walkability optimization strategies can be proposed to effectively improve the attractiveness of the case station for residents' walking activities.
