Welcome to the ISFAE 2021 NIIGATA

   The Faculty of Agriculture, Niigata University, is hosting the 7^th International Symposium on Strategies for Sustainability in Food Production, Agriculture, and Environment 2021 (ISFAE 2021 NIIGATA) on December 2^nd and 3^rd this year. The 1^st International Symposium was held at Niigata University in 2005, and every two to three years, symposia have been held worldwide with the cooperation of universities with which Niigata University has concluded MOUs. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic causing restrictions on international travel, this year the symposium will be held online.
   The objectives of ISFAE 2021 NIIGATA are to inspire each other by sharing research achievements, to strengthen bonds leading to new international joint research opportunities, and to further develop communication networks among scholars and students academically.
　 The keyword of ISFAE 2021 NIIGATA is “Sustainability,” with four program themes offered for the participants to share research activities at the symposium. We are looking forward to your participation in ISFAE 2021 NIIGATA!
