FAQ: Oral Presentation Sessions
A1. You will be making a PowerPoint (PPT) presentation by ZOOM. Thus, be sure to check and practice how to share and control your PPT slides on-screen beforehand.
Q2. How much time do I have to make an oral presentation?
A2. Each presentation should be given in 10 minutes, including the time necessary to share the PPT. After the presentation, each presenter has a 4-minute Q&A session.
Q3. It will be my first time making a presentation using ZOOM, and I am worried about controlling ZOOM myself.
A3. We will provide a ZOOM practice (not presentation practice) opportunity before the symposium. The date and time will be informed via email.
