1. Faculty members, researchers, and students of Niigata University
2. Those affiliated with the partner institutes of Niigata University (see below)
3. Those invited by Niigata University or one of the partner institutes
4. Those specifically accepted by the ISFAE 2021 NIIGATA Office
If you do not meet one of the above requirements, please contact the ISFAE 2021 NIIGATA Office before registering.
