我々は、種々のフッ素含有温室効果ガス（F-GHG）の分子氷（凝縮固体薄膜）に低速電子線や希ガスの準安定励起種を照射することにより、フッ素含有アモルファスカーボン(a-C:F)を合成し、その物性について報告している。今回、本薄膜合成法を撥水性に優れた表面加工に応用することを目的とし、a-C:Fの表面形状や化学結合状態と水の接触角との相関について調査した。
