固体表面における撥水性の研究は、様々な応用分野で注目を集めている。我々は独自技術であるバイオテンプレート極限加工技術を用いて高均一・高密度・無欠陥の10nmサイズのSiナノピラー構造を作製した。本研究では、配置制御されたSiナノピラー構造の間隔や長さを変化させることで、表面における撥水効果の制御について検討した。
