本研究では，フーリエドメイン光干渉断層法(FD-OCT) を用いて，レーザー加工中の穴深 度のインプロセス計測を行う．FD-OCT は，機械的な走査が不要で瞬時に深さ情報を定量的に取得できるため，インプロセス計測に適し ている．また，FD-OCT の中でも波長掃引型 (SS-OCT)は，光散乱の影響を受けにくい波 長1.3µm帯を利用するため，レーザー加工時に発生する噴出物の影響下での計測を可能にする．
