Development of SiC-based materials as next-generation in-vehicle power devices having the possibility of miniaturization and high efficiency has been underway, and along with this, surrounding passive components also have high withstand voltage It is required to have. Therefore, in this study, we fabricated materials based on barium titanate ceramics with excellent dielectric constant and heat resistance, measured dielectric breakdown strength at high temperature, and explained the difference of these strengths from lattice vibration.
