Registration on the day of the Congress
Those who have registered in advance on the conference website do not need to register. Please put your printed Participation Certificate in the card case and enter the venue. Card cases and straps for participation cards are located on the 1st floor (in front of Hall A and P) and 2nd floor (in front of Hall C).If you have forgotten your Participation Certificate or have not paid for your Participation Certificate, please ask at the reception desk.

*Payment must be made by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, cash payment will be accepted, but no change will be provided.
*Registration and payment will not be accepted at the banquet venue (Hotel Nikko Tsukuba). For inquiries regarding registration and payment for the banquet, please contact the General Reception Desk in the Entrance Hall on the 1st floor.
*If you plan to stay overnight in Tsukuba City, please register your accommodation information using the above form before the end of the convention.

Please be sure to wear your Participation Certificate with your name and affiliation at the convention and banquet venue.No one will be allowed to enter the venue without a Participation Certificate.

Corporate Luncheon Seminar Information and Participation
You will receive a “Lunch Box Voucher” at the seminar desk.Please fill out the form on the back of the voucher to consent to the provision of personal information, and hand the voucher to the seminar staff between 11:45 and 12:00 at each venue of the relevant seminar.

*The “Lunch Box Voucher” is a voucher for a boxed lunch provided by the company or organization co-sponsoring the luncheon seminar. The number of boxed lunches provided will vary from seminar to seminar.
*Please note that the “Lunch Box Voucher” will become invalid 10 minutes after the start of the luncheon seminar and will be offered to another attendee who does not have the “Lunch Box Voucher”.

*A stamp rally will be held at the venue. Those who visit the exhibition booths and collect stamps will receive cold drinks, local sweets, and souvenirs unique to Ibaraki. We have prepared prizes such as a drink for visiting two booths in two blocks, and sweets for visiting two more booths...and so on. First-come, first-served basis. Please note that the number of prizes is limited.
*At the entrance of the venue, an “Exhibition Booth Guide” will be available, which introduces and summarizes the contents of each booth on a single sheet of A4 paper. Please use it as a reference when touring the exhibition booths. Please use the front cover of the “Exhibition Guide” as the stamp rally card.
Public Viewing Corner: Lecture slides from Halls A~D will be distributed (without sound)
Four monitors will be set up inside the 1F entrance to deliver slides from venues A~D in real time (no audio streaming). Please use these monitors when you want to get an overview of the lectures but do not want to run around, or when you want to watch the lectures while taking a break or chatting with someone. Welcome Reception
After the Plenary Lectures, a standing welcome reception (free of charge, no reservation required) will be held in the foyer in front of Room M (Main Hall). Hors d'oeuvres, breads and other snacks, beverages (including craft beer), etc., made from local ingredients will be served. Free Wi-Fi is available in the building. The connection method will be posted on the digital signage at the P venue on the 1st floor, at the entrance hall on the 1st floor (next to the big signboard), and in front of each venue.
Please refrain from using the Wi-Fi for web conferencing or watching videos, etc., as there is limited bandwidth available.
