A study of the effect of tacit education on engineering explicit knowledge and practicality

In this study, engineering tacit education was conducted, and the effect of it on explicit knowledge and the practicality of knowledge was evaluated. The results show that the education assists the understanding of explicit knowledge, converts it into practical knowledge.
