近年、キャリア選択肢の多様化、労働に対する価値観の変化、就職活動情報の増大のように、学生を取り巻く環境は大きく変化した。本稿では臨床の場面で普及している協働意思決定(SDM)の手法を用いたキャリア選択カウンセリングフレームワークを提案する。
