The 71th Annual Meeting of JSFST

For presenters of the general lectures

For presenters of the general lectures

Only an overhead camera (OHC) will be used to present materials during oral presentations of the general lectures. Materials will not be presented by inputting data from a computer. Images captured by the OHC will be projected in real time on the screen at the presentation venue. Presenters should take note of the following points.

1. Presentation materials should be printed clearly on A4-sized plain paper (high-quality paper is recommended). Figures and tables should be clearly printed with a font size of 18 points or more on A4-sized paper (landscape). Note that glossy paper may become unclear due to reflections from lighting.

2. Please bring presentation materials stacked in the order they will be projected. If you are presenting the same material multiple times, please print out the number of times and insert them in the appropriate places.

3. The venue staff will operate the document camera and feed the materials, but it is also possible for a collaborator or other person to do so. In this case, the venue staff will assist you. Note that the zoom function cannot be used.

4. After the previous speaker has started their presentation, please proceed to the next speaker's seat with your presentation materials and wait until the presentation. A member of the hall staff will take care of your presentation materials there.

5. Each presentation will last 12 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for discussion. The first bell will ring 2 minutes before the end of the presentation (10 minutes after presentation), the second bell will ring when the presentation ends (12 minutes after presentation), and the third bell will ring when the Q&A session ends (14 minutes after presentation). Presenters will have 1 minute to take turns.

6. Please enter the hall at least 20 minutes before the start of the scheduled presentation. Please follow the chairperson's instructions when making your presentation.

7. If there are any changes to the presentation outline, these will be posted on the conference website and you will be notified accordingly.
